What does a gluten-free dairy-free soy-free onion-free pepper-free pizza look like? This, except my camera killed the colors and the crust should actually be light purple... because when you make your own crust from a box mix, food coloring is fun!

All thanks to Daiya coming out with a new version of their fakecheese that I can eat because it doesn't have citric acid like the shredded version does. WHEEE! It's expensive but it's at my local grocery store, so further bonus there! The cheddar version is by far the best, although the provolone flavor is okay when cooked... and the swiss version is okay cooked and buried in spices (seriously, I'm not sure what'd be worse... not eating cheese at all, or eating the swiss flavor fakecheese).

The three pizzas I've made with this stuff in the last month is the first time I've had pizza in a couple of years at least. Nomnomnomnomnom.

Ingredients:
- 1 box "Gluten-Free Pantry" French Bread and Pizza Mix + all the ingredients the mix calls for except I use 2 large eggs instead of what they call for (2 eggs plus 1 egg white) + 10 or more drops of food coloring for fun
- plain tomato paste (with just tomatos in it, no chemicals like citric acid)
- garlic powder
- salt
- oregano
- basil
- "Daiya" fake cheese slices in cheddar flavor
