I think that's his name... anyways, he has a body now! It was a Beanie Baby "Magic" dragon and... isn't the most stable thing in the world even with adding structure inside with pipecleaners, but it works. I still have the pearlescent plushie wings from the dragon too, which were higher up on the neck that got decapitated, so I may add them to his sides later.
